Chamber Orchestra Of Kona

Founded in 2003, our orchestra is a collection of talented, dedicated volunteer musicians who combine a love of music with a desire to perform live concerts for the community in which we live. That passion shows in all we do!

Simply put, our mission is to present live musical performances for the people and visitors to the island of Hawaii and to engage the people of West Hawaii in the preparation and presentation of musical arts.  By doing so,we hope to foster music education, model the cooperation and discipline that music requires, and preserve a classical musical cultural heritage among the great West Hawaii community.

COOK brings amazing talent together to perform unconventional music not otherwise seen in Kona.  Their musicians are top rate, and their concerts are fun and exciting.  There’s always an unexpected surprise that all enjoy.  They work hard and put on these performances at little cost to the public which makes it affordable for the whole community to experience.  This is why West Hawaii Today is proud to support the  Chamber Orchestra of Kona.

We love music and people!
